2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full 7-day money-back guarantee on all purchases — both one-time event passes and monthly subscriptions.
- ✓Request a refund within 7 days of your original purchase date
- ✓Refunds are processed in full — no partial refunds or deductions
- ✓No questions asked — you do not need to explain your reason
- ✓Refund is returned to your original payment method
- ✓Processing time is typically 5-10 business days depending on your bank
3. Subscriptions (Pro & Business Plans)
For monthly subscriptions:
- →You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- →After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
- →We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing period after the 7-day window
- →If you cancel within the first 7 days of a new subscription, you receive a full refund
- →Renewals: if you forget to cancel before renewal, contact us within 48 hours for a refund of the renewed charge
4. One-Time Purchases (Starter Plan)
For one-time event passes:
- →Full refund available within 7 days of purchase
- →Refund is available regardless of whether the event has started
- →After 7 days, we cannot offer refunds on one-time purchases that have been used
- →If the event has not been used at all after 7 days, contact us and we will review on a case-by-case basis

6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refunds in the following cases:
