1. ACCEPTANCE
By using EventLy, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. THE SERVICE
EventLy provides event photo and video sharing services. Admins create events. Guests upload media without signing up.

3. YOUR CONTENT
You retain ownership of all photos and videos you upload.
By uploading, you grant EventLy a license to store, display and deliver your content.
You must not upload illegal, harmful, offensive, or copyrighted content you do not own.

4. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for maintaining your account security.
You must provide accurate information during registration.
You must verify your email to access admin features.

5. PAYMENTS
Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy.
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the service was not used.
Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.

6. CONTENT MODERATION
EventLy reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Event admins are responsible for moderating their own events.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
EventLy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

8. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. CHANGES
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
